Returns
We gladly accept returns if you received an incorrect or defective item. Please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you intend to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return a product. Our standard warranty on products is 30 days from date of purchase.
Please note, we reserve the right to not accept returns for incorrect choices or change of mind. We do not accept returns for earrings or special orders. At management discretion, we may accept returns on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the product, you will need to pay a minimum 15% or $35 cancellation fee, whichever is the higher amount for non-defective purchases, and we will not cover any shipping costs involved in returning non-defective products.
Any products that management have approved for return must be in a resalable retail condition with undamaged packaging. We will reject your return claim if our stated conditions are not met.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your package being received by us. The four-week time period also allows for the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you cancel your purchase prior to us shipping the item to you, there is no charge to you.
