Terms and Conditions
1. Retention of Title
1.1 The risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the customer or their designated location. If the customer fails to accept delivery or requests a delay, the risk passes at the time of such failure or request. The customer indemnifies The Dream Collection from any claims or expenses arising due to these delays or failures.
1.2 Ownership of the goods remains with The Dream Collection until full payment is received.
1.3 Customers may use or gift the goods purchased in the ordinary course of personal use.
1.4 If the goods are not paid for in full by the due date, The Dream Collection reserves the right to reclaim the goods.
1.5 While goods remain the property of The Dream Collection:
- Customers agree to keep the goods in good condition and not modify them in a way that alters their identifiable character.
- Customers must ensure the goods are properly stored and insured until payment is complete.
2. Invoice & Payment
2.1 Customers will receive an invoice detailing the goods purchased and the total payable amount. Payments must be made in accordance with the terms specified on the invoice.
2.2 Payment methods include direct bank transfer, credit or debit cards, or any other options specified by The Dream Collection at the time of purchase.
2.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment is made on time. Late payments may incur additional fees as per the policies outlined during the purchase process.
2.4 Any disputes regarding invoices or goods should be communicated to The Dream Collection within 14 days of receipt.
3. Delivery
3.1 Customers must provide accurate delivery information and accept delivery at the designated location.
3.2 Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified during the purchase.
3.3 The Dream Collection will not be held liable for any delays or issues with delivery caused by the courier or shipping provider.
3.4 Customers are encouraged to inspect the goods upon delivery and report any issues or defects within 7 days.
4. Refunds and Returns
4.1 Returns are accepted for faulty or defective items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Customers must notify The Dream Collection within 7 days of receiving the goods.
4.2 Refunds or replacements will be provided for goods that are verified as faulty or not as described. Return shipping costs may be covered by The Dream Collection if the fault is verified.
4.3 Change-of-mind returns are only accepted at the discretion of The Dream Collection and may be subject to restocking fees.
4.4 Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
5. Privacy
5.1 The Dream Collection respects customer privacy and complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
5.2 Personal information collected during transactions is used solely for processing orders, customer communication, and improving services. Customer data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
6. Governing Law
6.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
7. General
7.1 By purchasing from The Dream Collection, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
7.2 The Dream Collection reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the website, and continued use of the website or purchase of goods signifies agreement to the updated terms.
